And I mean sure we have better restaurants back home with free-range ingredients and stuff, but I go for it anyway

Oh! Well, that makes sense.

Don't worry, I won't tell another soul. Besides, sometimes food is best when it's quickly. That's why it's always nice baking biscuits instead of rolls; there's no need to wait for the yeast to rise.

At least not in the recipe book I got from the library.
