 Since we've had so many new players and new characters arrive in the past couple of months, it's time for everyone to get to know each other a little better! And so, in the spirit of such an effort, we present you with the following meme!


 

TEN FACTS MEME

The rules are simple:

- Post a comment for each of your characters!
- Include ten (or more!) facts about them that other people might not know.
- Nothing is too insignificant! Every detail offers some kind of insight.

1. Grew up in a hell dimension called Quor'toth. Yep, that's a thing that happened. The only other human being present was his "father," a vampire hunter by the name of Holtz, who was actually his biological father's long-standing nemesis.
2. He is an unparalleled hunter, with the aid of both experience and his naturally enhanced senses. He can track anyone, anywhere.
3. He is incredibly resourceful. You pick up a few tricks, growing up in hell. He can fashion a weapon out of almost anything, and if he can't? Well, he IS a weapon.
4. He can both read and write, but barely. There wasn't much use for it in Quor'toth and therefore it takes a whole lot of effort for him to do either. He could probably use a tutor.
5. Does not trust magic in the slightest, between being raised by a man who was firmly against magic in all its forms, and all of his firsthand experience with magic having particularly nasty backlash. Sirius has been working on bringing him around to seeing the good side of magic, but it's a process.
6. Very anti-supernatural, both despite and because of the fact that both of his parents are vampires. He's only ever heard the worst of them and his firsthand experience with his biological father is limited. He has mixed feelings. Vamps, demons, werewolves and the like are guilty until proven innocent.
7. Speaking of both of his parents being vampires, did you know that his birth is unprecedented? There are prophecies about him and everything.
8. In fact, it's been prophesied that he would grow to be the one who defeated the time-space demon Sahjhan, who tried to remedy this by going back in time to have the prophecy rewritten so that Connor would be killed while still an infant. That was a huge clusterfuck.
9. He's such a force to be reckoned with as a hunter that the demons of Quor'toth came to know him as The Destroyer. The name stuck.
10. He is only just now beginning to realize that his entire life has been one long parade of manipulation and lies, and it's finally beginning to sink in that he was raised as nothing more than a tool for revenge. Stings a little. :(
