Love is in the air

The Marauders have taken it upon themselves to spread some playful fun and cheer around for Valentine's Day in Atlantis. There will be a post going up soon from the shop itself for information on all the magical goodies your characters can pick up at Marauding Magic to try and spread some awareness of the shop's existence. But that's not all the wizards have been up to.

There are also some completely harmless paper hearts fluttering around the city. At first glance they look a lot like butterflies, in pinks, whites, purples and reds. They're only enchanted to flutter about the city, and that's exactly what they will be doing from now until the end of Week 4

The waters should all be receded by now, and the full moon fever has worn off. Why not apologize with a bag of enchanted sweet-smarts. Just hope you chose the right bad and didn't hand out the ones with the insulting messages.

There is no actual event going on, and everything is optional for people to play around in. So. While this is really just here to give a heads up about the Marauding Magic Shenanigans, I'm opening the post up for another bit of plotting fun.

Marauding Magic Goodies

The shop is giving out a variety of fun, festive enchanted sweets

Valentine 'Howlers' (Don't worry, these ones are much nicer)
- Enchanted singing cards that turn into a rose when their song has finished.

Chocolate Doves - Much like chocolate frogs, these little chocolate birds are enchanted to preen their chocolate feathers and hop about. Be careful not to let them fly away!

Marauding Marvels - A box of 'surprise' chocolates. They look like your classic assorted chocolates. Side-effects may include - change of hair color, flushed cheeks, warm happy feelings and a desire to cuddle

Sweet-Smarts - Enchanted candy hearts that write out personalized messages to whoever picks them up. Some are sweet and charming, while others pass out playful insults and jibes.

Marauding Magic will Not be selling love potions or charms. Win your Valentine's the old fashioned way. By bribing them with lots of candy.

Edit: Almost forgot
Color-changing roses. These roses fade through a variety of Valentine colors and don't have any thorns.

SO. Sam prooooobably owes Raven an apology and might need to make it up to her one way or another. Chick flick moments and talking about all the feelings ever? Maybe. Other than that I have nada.

Killian could care less about Valentine's Day itself, but that won't stop him from meaningless flirting and whatnot. Don't all line up at once for it, though.

Grace, being the cutie pie she is, will end up making construction paper Valentine's Day cards for the people she knows. They'll say things like "you are nice" "I'm glad we are friends" "you're the best Papa ever" ect ect ect

Prussia will probably hide out somewhere. He's too cool to care about a couple's holiday shindig.

but yeah. up for plotting if there's any takers \o/

Scott will be pining, even though from his canonpoint he and Allison are broken up.

Bruce isn't really into Valentines Day, it's the kind of commercial nonsense he tends to avoid. but he could probably be convinced. >3>

Francis will be in his element, flirting with pretty much anyone he encounters. You can bet he'll try to drag Gilbert and Antonio into shenanigans.

Gwen will be drinking alone unless someone wants to commiserate with her about being separated from a significant other.

Harry will be missing Ginny but he won't be as mopey as my other two who are missing significant others or exes. He might offer to watch the magic shop, because clearly Remus and Sirius need to go sort things out. xD

Peggy will take Steve dancing, if he doesn't ask her first. ♥

Simon will leave roses on Alisha's doorstep with an invitation to dinner, but he's not going to be pushy. He'll also be setting up a lair somewhere in the Ouranos district.

Remus and Sirius def do need to get sorted.

Antonio is all for shenanigans and flirting and roses.

Tony doesn't care about (read: probably doesn't remember) Valentine's Day, so the two of them should just do science together.

... I'm brand new with a snarly victorian lady wolf who will probably by smacking those fluttery hearts out of the air and who only knows of "Saint Valentine" as a heathen Catholic sort of person.
